Macy's, Inc. is seeking a Cosmetics Client Development Manager to lead a luxury cosmetics brand, coach Beauty Advisors, and create welcoming, customer-focused experiences. You will leverage product knowledge and artistry to inspire both clients and team members.

You will build trusted client relationships, drive sustainable growth, coach on clienteling tools, manage stock and events, and partner with brand representatives to elevate the shopping experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching to Beauty Advisors to deliver customer-centric service.
• Deep knowledge of luxury cosmetics brands and current beauty trends.

• Coach on clienteling tools for personalized follow-ups and experiences.
• Monitor sales performance and plan events to meet department goals.
• Oversee stock presentation, organization, and replenishment.
• Partner with brand representatives and vendors to enhance the customer journey.
