Macy's is seeking a Cosmetics Client Development Manager to lead the luxury cosmetics brand within our stores, coaching a team of Beauty Advisors and delivering personalized, customer-centric service.

You will build client relationships, apply product knowledge and artistry, drive sales growth, and sponsor events and partnerships while maintaining high standards of hospitality and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience leading Beauty Advisors and clienteling.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to coach and develop staff across a team.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead with passion to coach Beauty Advisors and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Cultivate client relationships and drive sustainable business growth for the brand.
• Coach on clienteling tools and data-driven follow-ups for retention.
• Lead by example in delivering elevated service to beauty customers.
• Drive personal and store sales goals while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor sales metrics across daily to annual cycles and adjust strategy.
• Plan and execute brand events to meet department goals.
• Oversee stock presentation and replenishment for premium experience.
• Partner with brand representatives and vendors to enhance the customer journey.
• Manage vendor events, promotions, and channel collaborations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment for colleagues and customers.
