Job summary

Extell is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager for One Manhattan Square, an 80-story luxury condominium in Downtown Manhattan. The role acts as liaison between residents and Extell Management Services, overseeing daily operations, repairs, and safety systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years’ experience with building systems, strong supervisory skills, and familiarity with BMS, Yardi, or BuildingLink. This full-time position requires 24/7 availability for emergencies and offers a competitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a vocational/technical background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment and systems.
• Luxury hotel or residential background.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
• Strong background in working with fire, life, health, and safety systems.
• Familiarity with building management software such as BMS, Yardi, and BuildingLink.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

• Oversee daily operations of the building and supervise staff.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
