Job summary

555Ten, a 56-story mixed-use rental tower managed by Extell Management Services, seeks a Resident Manager to supervise daily operations, coordinate repairs, maintain safety systems, and ensure high standards across common areas.

You will supervise front and back of house staff, coordinate move-ins/outs, assist with budgeting, and stay on-site 24/7 for emergencies. Candidates should have 5+ years in luxury residential management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing luxury residential or hotel properties.
• Experience with building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and maintenance.
• Supervise front of house and back of house staff; coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations (32BJ, etc.).
• Assist in drafting and monitoring annual building budget.
