Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between owners/residents and association components.
• Maintain a warm, discreet, and professional demeanor.
• Escort residents to units and assist with belongings.
• Handle personal shopping, reservations, and errands.
• Prepare units for arrival with stocked amenities.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the unit.
• Respond to requests promptly and professionally.
