Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism education preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel guest services, concierge, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transport options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency with hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and be the primary contact throughout their stay.
• Anticipate needs, learn preferences, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Provide information about amenities, services, hours, activities, and local offerings.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, attractions, tours, and other experiences.
• Respond to inquiries with urgency and professionalism; manage competing requests.
• Document guest preferences, reservations, and special arrangements for accountability.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and F&B to fulfill requests.
• Follow up with guests, resolve concerns discreetly, and recover service when needed.
• Support notable guests with tailored amenities, itineraries, and personal touches.
• Handle pre-arrival planning when assigned; communicate details to operating teams.
