The Knox Private Residences, managed by Auberge Collection, seeks a Residences Concierge to deliver seamless, secure, and highly personalized service to homeowners, guests, and vendors. You will support daily residential operations and reflect the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins, access control, maintenance, and events, while maintaining logs and collaborating with security and hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, anticipatory service aligned with brand standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors.
• Coordinate move-ins, deliveries, vendor access, and contractor scheduling.
• Monitor contractor activity and maintain accurate access and service logs.
• Coordinate in-residence services such as maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Manage resident, guest, and vendor access in partnership with Security.
• Oversee package handling, deliveries, and resident notifications.
• Support daily operations of residential areas and the Residences Lounge.
• Assist with resident events and lifestyle programming.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and shift handovers.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Valet, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.
• Support flexible coverage including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
