You will collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations, handle payments, and uphold high service standards in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in hospitality or customer service required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skills.
• Detail-minded with accurate financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, personalized welcome reflecting service standards.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and verify guest details and payments.
• Maintain accurate registrations, billing, and system updates.
• Process reservations and room assignments and communicate special requests.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, hours, and on-site offerings.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports.
• Maintain organized front desk area and proper log notes.
• Act as communication hub between guests and staff.
