Job summary

The Knox Hotel Employer LLC invites applications for a Residences Concierge role within The Knox Private Residences in Dallas. This position focuses on delivering seamless, secure, and highly personalized service to homeowners, guests, and vendors, supporting daily residential operations with discretion and professionalism.

You will assist with move-ins, access control, maintenance coordination, and events, while upholding brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-end service in luxury hospitality or private residence settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a refined demeanor.
• Knowledge of PMS systems and service platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, anticipatory service aligned with brand standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors.
• Coordinate move-ins, deliveries, vendor access, and contractor scheduling.
• Monitor contractor activity and maintain access and service logs.
• Coordinate in-residence services such as maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Manage resident, guest, and vendor access in partnership with Security.
• Oversee package handling, deliveries, and resident notifications.
• Support daily operations of residential areas and the Residences Lounge.
• Assist with resident events and lifestyle programming.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and shift handovers.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Valet, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.
• Support flexible coverage including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
