Job summary

The Knox, Auberge Collection in Dallas seeks a Reservations Agent to be the welcoming gateway to our world of luxury hospitality. You will curate reservations with grace, managing guest information, inquiries, and preferences to reflect the peak standards of service and personalized care that define Auberge.

As a key member of the guest services team, you will maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort amenities, hours, spa treatments, and special offers, while collaborating across departments

Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage each guest positively.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Input guest contact information to create genuine, informative reservations.
• Respond to inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, hours, accommodations, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Assist with guest challenges and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
• Ensure billing and financial transactions are accurate and efficiently processed.
• Upsell services and offerings to educate guests about resort offerings.
