Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, front desk operations, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, proactive, and guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software, with the ability to learn hotel-specific technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Knowledge of Snowmass Village, Aspen, and surrounding attractions, restaurants, and recreational activities is a plus.
• Ability to lift and handle packages or luggage weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by responding to inquiries, anticipating needs, and creating welcoming and memorable experiences.
• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information, professional assistance, and timely responses to guest requests.
• Coordinate, document, and follow up on guest requests across departments to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Arrange and assist with dining reservations, transportation, recreational activities, appointments, and other personalized guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Bell, Valet, Shuttle, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to communicate requests and support seamless hotel operations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and seasonal activities while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Support daily operations by assisting with luggage and package handling, guest deliveries, mail distribution, and front desk coverage during busy periods.
• Assist Food & Beverage operations by coordinating room service orders and communicating special guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records, organize guest communications, and ensure front desk and back-office supplies are properly stocked.
• Support cross-training, special events, and other operational needs while maintaining professional service standards and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
