Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, CO seeks friendly, dependable Valet Attendants to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide safe, efficient valet parking and transportation services. As part of East West Hospitality's Guest Services team, you will collaborate with Front Desk and Bell teams to deliver a seamless luxury experience in a fast-paced mountain resort.

Eligible positions offer flexible schedules with full-time and part-time opportunities; pay is $17.00 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to complete background & MVR checks.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred; valet experience at a full-service resort is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a positive first and last impression.
• Safely operate and park guest vehicles in designated areas.
• Provide luggage assistance during arrivals and departures.
• Transport guests in courtesy vehicles when authorized.
• Coordinate guest arrivals/departures with Front Desk and Bell teams.
• Maintain organized valet area following safety procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and share helpful property information.
• Handle vehicles and belongings with care and discretion.
• Support daily operations during busy periods with a welcoming entrance area.
