The role supports reservations, transportation, activities, and special requests while coordinating with Front Desk, Bell, and F&B teams. High school diploma required; hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge services, front desk operations, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, proactive, guest-focused attitude delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software; ability to learn hotel technology.
• Ability to communicate with multiple departments to resolve guest concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest service by responding to inquiries and creating memorable experiences.
• Manage a high volume of calls and emails with accurate information and timely responses.
• Coordinate and follow up on guest requests across departments to ensure efficient service.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, activities, and other guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Bell, Valet, Shuttle, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to support operations.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and seasonal activities.
• Assist with luggage, packages, deliveries, and mail distribution during busy periods.
• Support room service coordination and relay special guest requests to F&B.
• Maintain organized guest communications and stocked front desk supplies.
• Support cross-training, events, and other operational needs with a team-minded attitude.
