Job summary

The Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, CO is seeking a Full-Time Year-Round Concierge to deliver personalized service to guests and owners, manage One Willow Bridge Road reservations, and assist in planning vacation weeks for club members.

Duties include building relationships with area restaurants, shops, and services; staying informed about events; mastering check-in/check-out, PBX operations, logs, transportation arrangements, luggage handling, and vendor coordination while ensuring security and guest

Qualifications

Concierge experience preferred.
Good spoken and written English.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with area restaurants, shops, clubs, salons, car rental agencies, shuttle services and more.
Stay informed about local events and activities to enhance guest experiences.
Know check-in/check-out procedures and operate front desk systems and PBX.
Maintain accurate logs of guest activities and coordinate transportation and luggage handling.
Assist with scheduling for club members and fractional ownership reservations.
