• Exceptional computer skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests with accurate needs assessment and personalized recommendations.
• Update desk collateral and information for local attractions, maps, restaurants.
• Be knowledgeable about local activities such as theatre, sports, concerts, shows, exhibits, and sightseeing.
• Establish contact with vendors to provide information, tickets, and reservations.
