Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English required (speaking, writing, reading).

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve inquiries and assist with hotel services and events.
• Process packages, faxes, messages and mail accurately and timely.
• Update and maintain desk collateral with local attractions, maps, and recommendations.
• Input guest arrangements in hotel software and ensure proper billing.
