Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Telecommunications Operator, Front Desk Agent, Spa Receptionist or related hotel operations.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls and requests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Assist Front Desk, In-Room Dining, Housekeeping and Engineering as needed.
