Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or other luxury hospitality guest-facing role.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for creating personalized and memorable experiences.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.

• Respond to guest requests with personalized recommendations and attention to detail.
• Update desk collateral for local attractions and dining options.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, resolving issues.
• Assist with packages, messages, and mail accurately and promptly.
• Provide information, tickets, and reservations for city activities.
• Input guest arrangements into software and ensure correct billing.
