Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Concierge who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The role supports guest experiences with expert knowledge of local attractions, dining, and events.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in concierge or related guest-facing hospitality roles, exceptional service mindset, and flexibility for varied shifts in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or other luxury hospitality guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
• Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Processes packages, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
• Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
• Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages.
• Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or other luxury hospitality guest-facing role.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for creating personalized and memorable experiences.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain calm, resourceful, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including AM/PM, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

What To Expect

• Some Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying required of luggage, packages, and boxes up to 50 lbs. carried a distance of up to 20 feet.
• A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and holiday.
• Continuous standing for entire shift and bending/Kneeling required-full range of motion required to retrieve guest luggage and other material needed by guest.
