Job summary

Four Seasons Miami is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager to support delivering a customized, memorable stay for resort guests and residents. You will personalize service, anticipate needs and uphold luxury brand standards.

You will lead staff, coordinate VIP guest experiences, and ensure facilities and services meet brand expectations. Strong leadership, English fluency, and US work authorization are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in a similar hospitality role, luxury hotel setting preferred.
Excellent leadership and team-motivation skills.
Working knowledge of hotel property management systems and computer proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently.
Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills; strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead staff and operations to ensure consistent guest service and adherence to standards.
Resolve guest concerns and ensure quality, clean, safe facilities and services.
Coordinate VIP guest experiences with hotel operations across departments.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance stays.
