Job summary

Four Seasons Yacht I is seeking a guest services professional to deliver exceptional concierge-style support aboard our luxury yacht. You will respond to guest requests, provide personalized experiences, and coordinate with the Concierge team to ensure seamless guest coordination from pre-sail to post-arrival.

The role requires prior experience in luxury travel or cruise environments, a hospitality mindset, and flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in luxury travel or cruise industry desired.
• Experience delivering destination experiences in luxury environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly, add personal recommendations for maximum satisfaction while following Four Seasons policies.
• Provide highest level of personalized service and manage guest information securely.
• Assist with pre-sailing preparations and coordinate with onboard Concierge for seamless guest handover.
