Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville seeks a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Rooms Division. You will serve as a central point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating requests with various departments, and supporting Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest calls, emails and chats with professionalism and warmth.
• Coordinate guest requests with hotel departments for timely follow‑up.
• Manage guest interactions through Messenger, HotSOS, Email and Teams.
• Assist with pre‑arrival planning, special requests, and post‑departure communications.
• Provide information on hotel services, dining, events, and attractions.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, VIPs, groups and special occasions for personalized service.
• Review room assignments to ensure smooth arrivals and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and records.
• Support Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services and In‑Room Dining operations as needed.
• Assist Guest Experience leadership with admin and operational tasks.
