Job summary

REISS is seeking a Concession Manager for the Macy's Oak Brook concession in Illinois. You will drive concession performance, lead the team to deliver personalized service, and oversee stock, promotions and visual standards in a premium retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation.
• Red carpet premium or luxury product perspective welcome.
• Proven track record of increasing overall business performance.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through your team.
• Be highly visual with excellent commercial product management skills.
• Ability to switch between customer service, operational, technical and visual elements.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term concession goals.
• Manage overall concession operations and performance.
• Lead the concession team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage stock levels and stock control to minimise loss.
• Ensure promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are followed to standards.
• Recruit and retain talent; conduct performance and probation reviews.
