The position requires at least two years in customer service and in Food & Beverage, with strong MS Office skills and a collaborative spirit. Seasonal, full-time schedule with weekend and holiday shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Food and Beverage.
• Exceptional member recovery skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to quickly adapt to effectively using new software products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day functions of the department and uphold service standards.
• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of the department and complete side work.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience; lead daily pre-meal meetings.
• Conduct ongoing service training and assist with daily shift reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
