Spanish Peaks Mountain Club is a private community nestled at 7,700 feet in Big Sky, Montana, offering exceptional dining quality. The Cook III role focuses on high standards in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and teamwork to support the club's goals and guest experience.

The position is seasonal for the 2026-2027 winter season, requiring at least 1 year of cooking experience and a culinary degree option. Strong English communication and luxury-hotel background are preferred benefits.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 1-year cooking experience.
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Culinary Degree from an accredited culinary program.
• Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all restaurant foods to specifications with attention to plate presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and policies.
• Work as a team with management, chefs and service staff to address guest needs.
• Process requisitions, control food cost and waste, label/date products, read service tickets, and assist in production.
• Contribute to a high-quality guest dining experience through appearance and taste.
