• Prepare hot and cold restaurant foods meeting specifications and plate presentation.

• Work as a team with management, chefs, and service staff to fulfill guest needs.
• Process requisitions, control food cost and waste, label and date products, and assist kitchen staff.
• Ensure the guest experience revolves around food appearance and quality.
