Spanish Peaks Mountain Club in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Aspire. This seasonally full-time role supports daily operations and delivers exceptional service to our private club guests.

The supervisor collaborates with the Department Manager to uphold standards, trains staff, and ensures timely service in a fast-paced resort environment. Weekend/night/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Food and Beverage.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in developing and maintaining quality service standards.
• Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and timely.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of the department; complete side work.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive experience; run daily pre-meal meetings.
• Conduct ongoing service training and help complete daily shift reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

TheFood and Beverage Supervisoris responsible for supervision of the day to day functions of the department while providing excellent customer service and actively contributing to the department requirements and standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assisting theDepartment Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of Spanish Peaks Mountain Club quality service standards.
• Ensuring food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner
• Monitoring set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete
• Interacting with guests to ensure a positive guest experience; preparing and executing daily pre-meal meetings
• Conducting ongoing service training ofdepartment associates and assisting in the completion of daily shift reports
• Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
