Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-touch client development strategies for MVCs.
• Own tactical roadmap to achieve Client Development KPIs.
• Monitor store clienteling metrics and translate insights into actions.
• Lead rollout of corporate Client Development programs with store leadership.
• Champion Connect app and CRM tools to deepen client relationships.
• Identify high-potential clients for PCR programs and exclusive experiences.
• Collaborate with Brand Experience to integrate clienteling into events and VIP shows.
• Interact with top-tier clients during activations to support sales.
