Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design localized growth strategies, empower Sales Associates, and strengthen long-term client relationships across shopping channels. You will leverage data-driven insights to drive client acquisition, retention, and tier migration while coaching a high-performing retail team.

In this role, you will manage MVC portfolios, deploy client development roadmaps, and monitor KPIs to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven coaching and training abilities for independent sales professionals.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate dashboards into directives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute client development KPIs and roadmap.
• Lead store team through client development programs with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor store clienteling metrics and translate insights into actions.
• Roll out corporate client development programs with store leadership.
• Champion the Connect app and CRM tools to deepen client relationships.
• Identify high-potential VIPs and manage exclusive brand experiences.
• Collaborate on events and VIP trunk shows to boost engagement.
