Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers while upholding Stella McCartney standards.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current products, trends and collections.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of customers and company.
• Assist with stock replenishment, shipments, and biannual inventories.
• Support with store operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
