Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus.
• Luxury brand or outlet sales experience preferred.
• Face-to-face customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service while adhering to brand standards.
• Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sales techniques like cross-selling.
• Maintain knowledge of products, trends and collections.
• Handle customer complaints to customer and company satisfaction.
• Maintain presentation and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Support stock replenishment and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with shipments, transfers, and biannual inventories.
• Follow PCI compliance, security, and health and safety policies.
