Maison Valentino in Costa Mesa is seeking a Client Advisor to build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and curate personalized shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and drive boutique performance.

You will master the client journey, engage with existing and potential clientele, and use CRM tools to reach targets while staying aligned with brand standards and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail sales with relevant clientele focused experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional clientele and customer relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills to operate POS and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long term client relationships.
• Deliver Valentino Couture Service at every stage of the sale process.
• Achieve sales, KPIs and CRM targets through proactive client engagement.
• Utilize CRM tools and clienteling to reach targets within timeframes.
• Maintain product knowledge and uphold brand presentation standards.
