Overview

As a luxury retailer, you will act as an ambassador for the Stella McCartney brand in our Woodbury Commons boutique. Your focus will be to maintain consistently exceptional standards of customer service, create and maintain loyalty to the store and brand. This is a full‑time role (5 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and commit to service standards.
• Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Demonstrate sales techniques such as cross‑selling to drive sales and KPIs.
• Open and close the store and perform relevant tasks during those periods.
• Maintain product knowledge of current collections and trends, ensuring clients are informed.
• Handle customer complaints, seek assistance when needed, and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Achieve a mystery‑shop score of at least 85% as the primary sales associate.
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, PCI compliance, security and health & safety regulations.
• Present in line with the company's uniform and grooming standards.
• Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
• Support cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories.
• Assist with processing shipments and transfers.
• Perform additional ad‑hoc duties within the defined levels of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• English required; additional languages are beneficial.
• Sales experience ideally within a luxury brand and/or fashion outlet.
• Experience in a customer‑service role with face‑to‑face contact.
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and high‑pressure environments.
