Stella McCartney Bal Harbour Shops in Florida seeks a Client Style Advisor to act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience and building loyalty with clients.

You will meet sales targets, stay informed on current trends, manage clienteling, support with stock and shipments, and uphold PCI, security, and grooming standards in a fast-paced, inclusive, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience in luxury brand or outlet retail preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and meet sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, trends and collections.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Support with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and shipments.
• Adhere to policies, security, PCI compliance, and grooming standards.
