Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design and execute localized growth strategies, lead Sales Associates, and strengthen high‑value client relationships across store and market levels.

You will champion clienteling tools, analyze KPIs, collaborate with Brand Experience, and drive VIP experiences, while aligning events with client opportunities. This role requires 4–7 years in luxury retail and a business/marketing degree.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing/Luxury Brand Management and related experience.
• Strong coaching and training experience with a sales team.
• Proven ability to translate data dashboards into actionable store strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Top-Tier Portfolios: design and execute high-touch MVC strategies focused on retention and growth.
• Drive Client Development Strategy: deploy tactical roadmaps to meet Client Development KPIs.
• Analyze and Optimize KPIs: monitor KPIs and translate data into revenue opportunities.
• Lead Store-Wide Initiatives: rollout corporate Client Development programs with leadership teams.
• Champion Clienteling Technology: lead adoption of Connect app and CRM tools.
• Elevate VIP Experiences: identify high-potential clients for elite programs.
• Enhance In-Store Activations: integrate clienteling with events and VIP trunk shows.
• Engage High-Value Clients: interact with top clients to support sales.
