Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Manager of Customer Relationships to design and execute localized growth for luxury client segments. You will lead Sales Associates, drive clienteling initiatives, and optimize CRM-driven strategies across channels.

A data-driven mindset and excellent stakeholder communication are essential to maximize lifetime value and brand loyalty. Candidates should have 4–7 years in premium client relations, a business/marketing degree, and strong Excel analytics.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coaching and motivating a diverse team of independent sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement client development strategies for MVC and VIP clientele.
• Lead and train sales teams to adopt clienteling tools and CRM best practices.
• Monitor KPIs such as retention, spend migration, and cross-channel engagement.
