• Willingness to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage top-tier portfolios as the MVC store and market expert.
• Develop and deploy Client Development KPIs roadmaps with Brand Experience.
• Analyze KPIs and translate data into store strategies.
• Lead rollout of corporate Client Development programs with Store Leadership.
• Champion Connect app and CRM software for client insights.
• Elevate VIP experiences through Private Client Relations programs.
• Integrate clienteling objectives into in-store events and trunk shows.
