Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design localized growth strategies, lead a sales team, and deepen long-term client relationships across all shopping channels.

You will own client development KPIs, champion CRM tools like Connect, mentor Associates, and collaborate with Brand Experience on VIP events and elite PCR programs to elevate the brand experience.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in luxury retail CRM or premium client relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Luxury Brand Management.
• Experience coaching and motivating a diverse sales team to meet goals.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate dashboards into actionable directives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute MVC-focused client development strategies to grow retention and spend.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates to adopt clienteling tools and elevate service.
• Monitor clienteling KPIs and translate data into store actions.
• Roll out corporate Client Development programs with store leadership.
• Champion Connect app and CRM software to deepen client relationships.
• Identify high-potential clients for Private Client Relations programs and elite experiences.
• Collaborate with Brand Experience on in-store activations and events.
• Engage top-tier clients during activations to close high-value transactions.
