Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design and implement localized growth strategies for elite clients. You will lead Sales Associates, drive MVC retention and spend migration, and partner with Brand Experience and Corporate teams to deliver unified brand initiatives.

You’ll champion the Connect CRM and VIP programs, elevate client experiences, and work a retail schedule to match luxury client traffic and events.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
• Proven coaching, training, and motivation of sales teams to meet goals.
• Advanced analytical and business acumen with ability to translate dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage MVC portfolios and design high-touch retention and growth strategies.
• Own the tactical roadmap to hit Client Development KPIs with cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor store clienteling KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Lead roll-out of Client Development programs with senior store leadership.
• Champion the Connect app and CRM tech to deepen client relationships.
• Identify top VIP clients and drive elite Private Client Relations programs.
• Integrate clienteling goals into in-store activations and VIP events.
• Engage high-value clients at activations and support sales teams in key deals.
