Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and a passion for fashion and luxury products.
• Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by leveraging product knowledge and Gucci heritage.
• Drive KPIs by delivering high-quality service and sales.
• Capture meaningful customer data (CRM) to personalize future client development.
• Maintain an organized client book and regular follow-ups with clients.
• Discuss trends and developments in fashion and luxury markets with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, premium brand experience.
• Maintain store security and uphold Gucci visual standards.
