Job summary

Gucci seeks a Lead Client Advisor for its Orlando store to support the Store Director and Team Manager in driving sales, training, and daily operations. You will inspire the team with relationship-building skills and represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.

As a senior leader, you will coach Client Advisors, ensure onboardings, and help deliver exceptional service, product knowledge, and Gucci heritage to clients and the community.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for the Fashion Industry.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver the highest performance with a customer-centric attitude.
• Partner with the Team Manager to coach and provide real-time feedback to achieve business goals.
• Assist in the development and growth within the team.
• Ensure onboarding and training for Client Advisors aligns with brand initiatives.
• Provide exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and Gucci heritage to clients.
• Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador within the community.
• Drive and exceed KPI goals through superior service and sales quality.
• Lead floor operations including opening/closing and coverage during breaks.
• Uphold Gucci visual standards and support daily store operations when management is away.
• Be the first point of contact for difficult client issues.
