Gucci is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to represent the brand as a luxury ambassador, driving sales and elevating the client experience. You will build lasting relationships, deliver personalized service, and aspire to participate in store leadership activities, supporting management functions and brand initiatives.

You will engage clients, guide purchasing decisions, and collaborate with the team to maintain brand standards and operational excellence.

Formación

• 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and client engagement capabilities.
• High ethics, professionalism and integrity.
• Proven ability to drive store results and sales goals.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and lead by example.
• Deep passion for fashion and luxury brands.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Able to adapt to fast-moving, dynamic environments.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage clients and build strong relationships, providing best-in-class service in-store or remotely.
• Deliver a personalized, client-centric luxury experience to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Develop client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing ones to top tier.
• Leverage in-store technology to enhance the client journey and gather meaningful preferences.
• Accurately process POS transactions and maintain client data quality.
• Maintain Gucci visual standards and contribute to merchandising and store operations.
