You will use fashion expertise, storytelling, and customized insights to drive loyalty, While coordinating with teams to maintain Gucci standards and consistently exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience and a proven track record of client service.
• Ability to drive and exceed individual/store results and build lasting customer relationships.
• High ethics, professionalism, integrity and teamwork.
• Retail schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury goods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in-store or remotely, delivering best-in-class service and elevating the Gucci experience.
• Build rapport by understanding client needs and preferences to foster repeat business.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to expand the client base.
• Utilize product knowledge and storytelling to guide purchasing decisions.
