Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor to embody the brand in every interaction, delivering the signature luxury experience. You will welcome clients, understand needs, and build long‑term relationships while contributing to store performance.

Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, you’ll uphold Moncler standards, drive sales goals, and participate in inventory and merchandising tasks. Experience in luxury retail and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products and services.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones through proactive outreach.
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual communication to support an international client base.
