Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Client Advisor for its Miami Design District boutique. You will aim to meet sales targets, incorporate product knowledge, and maximize transaction value while upholding company policies.

Build and maintain a client book, promote events, and provide exceptional service in a luxury retail setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is expected; familiarity with client databases and fashion software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates with client books strongly preferred.
• Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.

• Tech savvy; able to learn and use various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Capture all relevant customer information for database entry.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client issues.
• Assist in housekeeping and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
