Job summary

CELINE in Miami seeks a Senior Client Advisor to represent the brand and deliver exceptional service across all product categories. You will get to know clients, anticipate their needs, and guide them through the full CELINE assortment with elegance.

You will act as a role model for the team, support store management in daily operations, and drive sales through proactive clienteling, relationship-building, and high standards of grooming and presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a retail setting, with luxury experience.
• Proven ability to grow a multi-million client book.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results, and support the team in their sales.
• Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, advise Clients across the brand and all product categories.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, using tools to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term relationships.
• Develop the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to store objectives.
• Respect CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
• Assist Management in daily operations: floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
• Support the Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring and buddy system.
• Demonstrate understanding of company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when needed.
• Depending on store needs, responsibilities could include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales
