Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Client Advisor to join its Miami Design District boutique. You will engage clients, drive sales, and contribute to the brand's luxury experience in a fast-growing house within the LVMH group.

You will build a loyal client book, promote events, manage databases, and support store operations while working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Fluency in foreign languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven role in luxury retail with focus on targets.
• Ability to grow and manage a client book.
• Comfort with CRM software and database entry.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction.
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients.
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image.
• Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested.
