Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail with operations or store management emphasis.
• Computer literate and able to use various software packages.
• Experience with client books preferred.
• Passion for luxury product design and client service.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals set forth by leadership and drive KPI achievement.
• Lead and coach sales team to deliver high quality client service.
• Coordinate client relationship resources to provide personal assistance.
• Manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
• Develop events and incentives to grow local client base.
