Job summary

CELINE in Bal Harbour Village, FL, seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver a refined, client-focused luxury retail experience. You will drive individual and team sales while building lasting client relationships and supporting store leadership.

You will welcome clients, use advanced clienteling to develop relationships, maintain top brand knowledge, and assist with floor management and stock operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.
• Experience building and managing a multi-million-dollar client book through relationship development.
• Business school, university education, or equivalent experience.
• Strong client service, communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support colleagues in reaching their goals.
• Welcome and advise clients across product categories, using advanced clienteling to develop relationships and recruit new clients.
• Maintain strong brand and product knowledge and uphold CELINE standards.
• Assist with floor management, stock operations, opening and closing duties, and other store needs.
• Mentor team members and support the integration of new employees.
