CELINE is seeking a Client Advisor for its USA stores to drive luxury retail sales while building a strong client book. You will leverage product knowledge to maximize transactions, manage consignments, and promote events. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in a dynamic luxury environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, data capture for CRM, and collaboration with store teams to maintain brand image and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably luxury.
• Computer literate; able to learn multiple software packages.
• Client books strongly preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales per transaction.
• Capture all relevant customer information for database entry.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up on shipping/alteration issues.
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.
